Our products are sold exclusively to adults for legal use. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of the products available on this site.

Products & Intended Use

All products sold by The Basement are accessories and lifestyle goods intended for lawful use with legal substances only, including tobacco and legal herbs. We do not condone or facilitate the use of any illegal substances.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify product availability, specifications, and pricing at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Prices are displayed in XAF (Central African Franc) and may be viewed in USD, GBP, or RMB using the currency switcher. Final transactions are settled in XAF. Delivery is confirmed via DM after order placement.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via Instagram DM at @_the_bsmnt with your order details.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return
• Consumable items (papers, tips, cones) cannot be returned once opened
• Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full

Limitation of Liability

The Basement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for any misuse of products purchased from this site. All products are sold in good faith for lawful purposes.
